Job summary

Brandon Trust in Roche, Cornwall, is seeking a Female Team Leader to oversee a team of Support Workers in a 17.5 hour per week role. You will lead with calm, resilience and a hands-on approach, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and adherence to safeguarding and regulatory standards.

Experience in social care and a supervisory role is valued, with opportunities for development. A full UK driving licence is desirable. This is a part-time, on-site position at a 24/7 service location.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care and supervisory or leadership roles.
• Experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs.
• Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, coaching and guidance to staff.
• Support Locality Manager with team development and performance.
• Coordinate rotas and ensure safe staffing levels.
• Promote positive outcomes and help people achieve their goals.
• Support safeguarding, quality and compliance.
