Social Care Systems Manager

Salary: £49,939 - £60,515

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work at Richmond/Wandsworth Council twice a week. The remaining work can be remote or at the offices, based on your preference.

About the Role

As the Social Care Systems Manager, you will be the expert for our Mosaic social care system. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations of the Mosaic system
• Leading and mentoring support analysts
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including NHS and partners
• Ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance
• Managing relationships with IT and external suppliers
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience supporting and configuring health or social care systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience
