A leading global healthcare organization is seeking a Permanent Workday HR Systems Manager on a fully remote basis. The role involves overseeing the design and maintenance of Workday HR and Payroll Systems, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder communication. Qualifications

  • Experience managing full suite of Workday with hands-on configuration.
  • Proven experience with Functional HCM configuration and UK payroll.
  • Leadership experience managing teams in Workday or ERP environments.

Job description

Harvey Nash are partnered with a Global Health-care organisation who are searching for a Permanent Workday HR Systems Manager on a Fully Remote basis to own the design, deployment and maintenance of Workday HR and Payroll Systems.

Scope of role:

  • Forge and maintain partnerships to business and functional leaders, enabling a continuously improving service delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional resource planning, governance and provide road mapping.
  • Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring client requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Manage day to day systems support and lead workday support team, embracing a continuous learning culture within the team.
  • Ensure updated documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities.
  • Accountable for data governance, security and compliance of the system.

Experience required:

  • Experience managing full suite of Workday with hands on configuration experience.
  • Proven experience working with Functional HCM configuration, Security, Reporting, Integration's, UK payroll, Learning, Talent and Business Process configuration.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and across Workday or other ERP environment.
  • Strong background in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects E.G. Workday releases, changes to functionality and implementation of new functionality.
  • Experience in communicating with senior stakeholders across various functional areas.
  • Extensive Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
