About the Role

As the Social Care Systems Manager, you'll be the expert on our Mosaic social care system. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations of the Mosaic system
• Leading and mentoring support analysts
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including the NHS
• Ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance
• Managing relationships with IT and external suppliers
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation

Experience and Qualifications

• Supporting and configuring health or social care systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience
