Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive operational management experience within adult social care or related services.
• Strong track record of leading change and service improvement.
• Experience managing services for people with complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.
• Ability to motivate, support and develop managers and teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, governance and risk management.
• Excellent communication, partnership and leadership skills.
