Norfolk County Council seeks a Learning and Development Consultant to design and deliver training across Children’s Services and Adult Social Services, ensuring alignment with government guidance and best practice.

The role focuses on Safeguarding Adults and Mental Capacity Act training, works autonomously with a collaborative team, and identifies future learning needs from inception to fruition. Temporary maternity cover with hybrid/remote options.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Adult Social Care or Children’s Services.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative and drive.
• Excellent teamwork, networking and communication skills.
• Ability to identify future learning needs and organise projects from inception to fruition.
