Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a part-time Social Worker to join the East Learning Disability Team in Ely. Based at Noble House, this 23-hour role offers hybrid working with office days to support reflective practice and collaborative care planning for adults with learning disabilities.

• Experience as a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong organisational skills and initiative.
