Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council's Integrated Children's Services is seeking a permanent Workforce Development Lead to drive workforce and learning strategies and oversee training programmes and budgets. The role is hybrid and requires a Level 4 qualification in social care or a related field.

• Work with colleagues and partner organisations on workforce planning and service improvement.
• Keep up to date with legislation, policy and best practice and apply it to workforce development.
