Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking an experienced SOC Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Security Operations Centre, ensuring service delivery across ARC, Communications and Dispatch while driving excellence.

You will lead a team of customer service operators, manage performance, staff development and recruitment, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence.
• CCTV licence.
• Managerial experience.
• SOC/Data Centre experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customer service operators, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Maintain knowledge of all SOC functions, especially ARC, Communications and Dispatch.
• Be accountable for KPIs ensuring performance and service.
• Ensure the highest standards in SOC operations.
• Be the first point of escalation for complaints and escalate serious matters to the SOC Manager.
• Support reporting with evidence-based insights and propose improvements.
• Provide cover for absences of operational supervisors.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Security Operations Centre, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across ARC, Communications, and Dispatch functions, while driving operational excellence and outstanding customer service.

Leading a team of skilled customer service operators, the SOC Supervisor will play a key role in performance management, staff development, and fostering a culture of excellence. The position also involves managing team recruitment and onboarding, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring service levels are consistently met within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manager a team of customer service operators, fostering a culture of excellence
• Maintain a comprehensive operational knowledge of all SOC functions, especially ARC, Comms and Dispatch
• Be accountable for KPIs, ensuring all operatives are managed to achieve outstanding performance and service
• Ensure the highest standards are maintained in SOC operations
• Be the first point of escalation for internal and external customer complaints, preparing responses and escalating serious matters to the SOC Manager
• Support management by providing evidence-based reporting, identifying causes and proposing solutions to barriers to excellence within the SOC and company wide
• Support and stand in for absences of operational supervisors as needed
