Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team of Security Officers on a high-profile site. The role focuses on training, licensing compliance, and driving professional standards while maintaining client relationships and incident response readiness.

You will oversee rotas, incident handling, and critical reporting, ensuring security systems function smoothly. Health & safety compliance and English proficiency are essential requirements for success.

Qualifications

Valid SIA Licence.
Experience as Security Supervisor or team leader.
Strong leadership and people management.
Excellent communication and customer service.
Ability to manage incidents calmly and effectively.
Experience completing reports and investigations.
Understanding of health & safety procedures.
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
UK National; 5-year residency.
Strong written and spoken English.
Eligible for Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Valid SIA Licence.
Previous Security Supervisor, team leader, or supervisory security experience.
Strong leadership, people management, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Experience completing reports, investigations, and security documentation.
Good understanding of health & safety and security procedures.
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Full right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment and address history.
Must be a UK National and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years due to site requirements.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Eligible to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC).
