Job summary

Arm is seeking an RTL engineer to help develop complex subsystems and IPs for diverse markets including IoT and automotive. You will contribute to microarchitecture, RTL, and verification, while collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance and power across SoCs.

The role emphasizes design checks, interface reviews, and refinement suggestions to IP teams, with a strong focus on system-level KPIs and deadlines in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in digital hardware design and Verilog HDL.
  • Knowledge of AMBA protocols and ARM-based designs is desirable.
  • Experience with RTL subsystems, synthesis, timing analysis, and power management.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understand incoming IPs, interfaces and interwork with subsystem/SoC components.
  • Develop subsystem microarchitecture specifications and RTL.
  • Review verification test plans and assist debugging.
  • Work with performance and power analysis teams to optimize KPIs.
  • Contribute to design checks, refinements and overall methodology.
