Job summary

Eurofins Forensic Services is seeking an SOC Reporter for the PQ Scene of Crime reporting team in Warrington. The role involves interpreting DNA profiling results and providing clear reports to police forces and customers.

It is a full-time role with weekday hours and a weekend rotation, plus a shift allowance where applicable. You will join a seasoned team delivering timely, accurate intelligence while complying with UKAS and Forensic Regulator standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, accurate data entry.
• Adhere to the Operational Protocol and Quality Manual.
• Carry out interpretation per SOPs to required timescales.
• Check integrity of the National DNA Database (NDNAD).
• Be responsible for results sent to customers and report non-conformances.
• Maintain contemporaneous, signed and dated notes per SOPs.
• Record daily time bookings on the relevant system.
• Seek continual improvement of methodologies and processes.
