Job summary

Eurofins Uk Forensic Services is seeking a Forensic Reporter to join the Road Traffic Reporting Team. You will undertake training, report on at least one case type, and attend court to provide expert testimony after completion of training.

You will draft statements, manage caseloads with mentoring, and ensure all work follows SOPs and company policies, while communicating clearly with customers about progress, quality and costs.

Qualifications

• Sufficient laboratory experience to identify and understand issues in toxicology cases.
• Good understanding of the principles behind analytical techniques used for Road Traffic cases.
• Good general business awareness and solid understanding of customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Undertake training in case type and report at least one road traffic case type.
• Attend court to give expert testimony after training.
• Draft statements and assist with results to support reporters.
• Ensure work complies with SOPs, policies and timelines.
• Communicate with customers about case progress, quality and costs.
• Seek continual improvement of methodologies, processes and practices.
