Job description

OUTCO maintain and improve our clients' outdoor spaces, keeping everyone moving safely during the winter season. We are recruiting for several Snow Clearance Drivers for London Heathrow Airport on a call out basis.

This will be on a fixed term temporary basis between November 2026 to mid-April 2027.

THE ROLE

Duties include night and day snow clearance when required, this will be on a call out basis over the winter period when snow events happen from the November 2026 to mid-April 2027.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential and full training will be provided to use vehicles and equipment such as 4x4's and tractors.

You will get a retainer fee and be paid £25 per hour when working.

You will also be required to attended training days, which you will receive compensation for the days.

ABOUT YOU

• Be punctual, enthusiastic, and able to undertake physical work and driving duties


• Be available to work on a call out basis during the day and night


• Able to carry out manual labour when required.


• Be a hard worker and a problem solver.


• Demonstrate a positive attitude and be able to self-manage.


• Have access to personal email on a daily basis and have basic PC skills.


• Have the right to work in the UK and consent to obtaining a DBS check (reimbursed)

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

For this role it is essential that you have the following:

• UK Driving Licence with 3 points or less


• Valid Passport which is in date


• Provide a 5-year address history with no gaps, for security checks to be able to access inside Heathrow areas.

Salary: £25.00 per hour and Monthly retainer.

Pay: £25.00 per hour
