Job summary

MSS Infrastructure Ltd is recruiting experienced Road Sweeper Drivers for a major infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport. The role offers a long-term contract with ongoing work and competitive rates.

Key responsibilities include operating road sweeping equipment in Airside environments, maintaining clean sites, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and airside procedures. Immediate start subject to security clearance.

Qualifications

• Class 2 driving entitlement is mandatory.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plant Operations relevant to sweeping is required or desirable.
• Clearance to work Airside and full UK driving licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate road sweeping equipment safely within Airside environments.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas across the airport site.
• Comply with site procedures, Airside regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report defects promptly.

Job description

• Nights: Monday to Friday, 9:00pm - 5:00am

MSS Infrastructure Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Road Sweeper Drivers for a major infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport.

This is an opportunity to secure long-term work on a high-profile project, with a 5-year contract and competitive rates available for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate road sweeping equipment safely and effectively within Airside environments
• Maintain clean and safe working areas across the airport site
• Comply with all site procedures, Airside regulations, and health & safety requirements
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or issues promptly

Requirements:

• Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 2 in Plant Operations (Construction) - Sweeping, Cleaning & Clearing
• Previous Road Sweeper experience preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to obtain and pass Airside Security Clearance
