Job summary

The Centre Livingston is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our store team. You will engage customers about athletic sneakers and apparel, start natural conversations, and work with colleagues to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for customers and athletic products.
• Initiates tasks without supervision.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and teaming up with co‑workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience and meet operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals.
• Engage every customer with open-ended questions to assess needs.
• Learn and share expertise on products and trends to fit customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and current trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
