Job summary

Wick Hollow is recruiting an Experienced SMSTS Site Manager for a high-end residential project in Ilfracombe, Devon. Immediate start with pay of £250 per day (CIS) and weekly payments based on timesheets.

You will oversee site trades, liaise with the contracts manager and QS, and maintain a high standard of Health and Safety to keep the project on schedule. The role requires SSSTS and First Aid, a proven track record in similar roles, and proof of right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience for high-end residential sites.
• Have PPE and be reliable and punctual.
• Have proof of right to work in the UK.
