Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment.

• Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Win and grow business by converting inbound and outbound leads, upselling and cross-selling across mobile, connectivity and digital services.
• Manage a portfolio of SME customers, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve sales, revenue and activity KPIs in a target-driven environment and ensure opportunities progress for growth.
