Job summary

BT Group is hiring a Sales Advisor in Halesowen to join the SME Customer Success teams across the UK. The role involves converting inbound/outbound leads, upselling and cross-selling mobile, connectivity and digital services, and managing a portfolio of SME customers with a focus on growth.

You’ll work in a target-driven environment, build relationships with business owners, and use CRM tools to track progress. The position starts office-based with a view to hybrid working after six months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
