Job summary

BT Group in Tipton seeks a proactive Sales Advisor to drive SME growth by converting inbound and outbound leads, and delivering upsell opportunities across mobile and digital services. You will manage a portfolio of SME customers, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The role starts office-based for 6 months, with a move to hybrid working (3 office days, 2 home days) based on performance.

Qualifications

Experience in a sales environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to sell, influence and build trust
Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
A positive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn
Desirable: Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in telesales or outbound sales environments

Responsibilities

Win and grow business by converting inbound and outbound leads
Upsell and cross-sell across mobile, connectivity, and digital services
Manage a portfolio of SME customers and build relationships with business owners
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow best practice
