Job summary

Iwoca Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to re-engage and convert business customers. You will manage a high-quality sales pipeline, using our leading tech to run your own portfolio and pursue uncapped commission based on revenue.

Ideal candidates will have sales experience, especially in financial services, and be highly motivated to exceed targets. London, Leeds, Berlin and Frankfurt offices support flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Past sales experience, ideally in financial services.
• Comfortable making outbound calls with excellent call manner.
• Motivated to exceed targets and growth.
• Ability to give clear feedback for personal and team growth.
• Organised with a large pipeline and multiple progress stages.
• Able to explain complex products simply to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a pipeline of high quality leads from qualified pools of business customers.
• Employ expert sales skills to understand customer needs and tailor your pitch to iwoca's market-leading product offering.
• Utilise our market leading tech and systems to effectively manage your own portfolio of leads, following your own contact strategy.
• Go above and beyond to hit your KPIs, maximise commission and exceed growth targets.
• Liaise with different teams within iwoca to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
• Be a team player and help improve this part of the business.
