iwoca is hiring a Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. You will build and nurture a high-quality pipeline of business customers, tailoring your pitch to iwoca’s financing products and using our technology to manage leads. Expect uncapped commissions and a focus on hitting KPIs while collaborating with multiple teams across the business.

You will join a high-energy sales culture with offices in London and Leeds, plus ongoing training and growth opportunities within a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifications

• In past experience in sales, ideally within financial services.
• Comfortable making outbound calls with an excellent call manner.
• Highly motivated to exceed targets.
• Capable of giving quality feedback to power growth.
• Organised and able to manage a large pipeline of prospects.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a pipeline of high quality leads from qualified pools of business customers.
• Employ expert sales skills to understand customer needs and tailor your pitch to iwoca’s product offering.
• Utilise our market leading tech and systems to manage your own portfolio of leads.
• Hit KPIs, maximise commission and exceed growth targets.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing and Underwriting to achieve best outcomes.
• Be a team player and help improve this part of the business.
