Job Description

We are looking for an SMB Sales Account Executive to join our growing global team at Sectigo. The SMB Account Executive will focus on achieving and exceeding sales quotas by identifying, engaging, and closing new business from small to mid-market opportunities throughout the assigned territory. This role involves maintaining and growing sales by adding new customers.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, requiring at least 3 days a week in our London office. The position reports to the Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and close new business from mid-market accounts.
  • Develop and implement account strategies for growth and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for all organizational levels.
  • Lead negotiations and coordinate decision-making processes.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Qualify prospects' business goals to determine Sectigo's strategic fit.
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals with new customers.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Sectigo products and industry trends.
  • Support customer business processes and sustain relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in your territory.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales updates.
  • Contribute to sales goals and budgets.
  • Oversee specific account areas as needed.
  • Perform other duties related to the role and company initiatives.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of sales experience required; industry experience in technology or cybersecurity preferred.
