Parentkind believes that children's well-being is closely linked to parental involvement and support. As the UK's leading voice for parents, they influence educational policies and support families through impactful initiatives.

About You

Parentkind has been active in corporate fundraising for less than a year but has secured partnerships worth several seven figures. This is a great opportunity to join their growing team and expand their corporate partnerships. They seek someone experienced in securing diverse partnerships (including COTY, grants, sponsorships, and strategic alliances) with regional and national businesses capable of generating 5, 6, and 7-figure income. You should be proactive in prospect research and skilled in creating tailored proposals that align with organizational goals.

You’ll have

• A minimum of 3 years in a business development or sales role
• Experience in developing mutually beneficial partnerships
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets
• A persistent approach to research and prospecting
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail for proposals and presentations
• Effective presentation and public speaking abilities
• Negotiation and influencing skills
