Clancy is seeking a Team Leader to guide on-site activities, supervise a team, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery of utility installations. You will mentor operatives, manage daily planning, and maintain rigorous safety standards, with a focus on right-first-time execution.

The role requires a strong on-site leadership presence, a full UK driving licence, and desirable NRSWA, CSCS, and CAT & Genny experience. Working in a practical, physically demanding environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in utilities, water, civils or construction.
• Strong health and safety awareness with proven on-site leadership.
• Full, clean UK driving licence; NRSWA desirable; CAT & Genny experience preferred; CSCS card beneficial.
• Experience operating plant or small machinery such as excavators is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team carrying out excavation and installation of smart water meters.
• Plan daily activities, allocate tasks and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Complete site risk assessments, method statements and briefings.
• Ensure equipment, tools and vehicles are fit for purpose and maintained.
• Maintain site records, job paperwork and digital reporting accurately.
