Job summary

The Clancy Group Limited is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide and support on-site teams in the utilities sector, ensuring work is delivered to specification, safely and on programme. You will balance practical delivery with supervision, set standards, mentor others and be the go-to person on site.

Responsibilities include planning daily activities, assessing risks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring strict health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in utilities, water, civils or construction.
• Strong awareness of health and safety and ability to lead on-site safely.
• Ability to plan daily activities, mentor operatives and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team carrying out excavation and installation of smart water meters on site.
• Plan daily activities, allocate tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Carry out and review risk assessments, method statements and site briefings.
