The Clancy Group is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee clean water mains renewal projects for Thames Water in the UK. You will lead site teams, coordinate resources, and work with clients and contractors to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have SMSTS, Streetworks NRSWA, Water Hygiene and First Aid qualifications, plus a clean UK driving licence. Strong leadership and proactive problem solving are essential.

Competenze

• Experience leading site teams on water mains renewal projects.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and environmental/quality plans.
• Proven ability to manage programmes, resources and budgets on site.

Mansioni

• Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and to specification.
• Manage programme, resources, budgets and site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with CDM, environmental and quality plans and company policies.
• Act as first escalation point for site issues and support the Project Manager.
