Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Water Network Team Leader to guide a team in delivering water network works while upholding health, safety, and environmental standards. You will locate and repair mains water defects and ensure equipment is fit for use through proactive checks and risk assessments.

You will mentor colleagues, manage day-to-day operations, and drive safe practices on site. A full clean driving licence is essential; NRSWA is desirable, with CSCS and machinery experience valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in construction or water sectors.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Full clean driving license; NRSWA desirable.
• CSCS or equivalent desirable; machinery experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver water network works safely and efficiently.
