Job description

We are working with a main car dealership that is looking to recruit a Smart Repair Technician to join their growing team.

The Smart Repair Technician position involves preparing minor to medium damage to panels and alloy wheels, painting, lacquering, and finishing. Successful candidates must have a full driving license, be hardworking, motivated, well-organized, and possess an outgoing and positive personality, along with excellent customer service skills. Body Shop or SMART Repair experience is essential.

Job Responsibilities

1. Experience within a Bodyshop / S.M.A.R.T repair position
2. Full UK driving licence, due to the nature of the role
3. Ability to deliver excellent customer service
4. Flexible & ‘can do’ approach to work
5. Maintain a professional image of the company
6. Removing and fitting wheels on dealership premises
7. Carrying out work to high standards of workmanship

Package

• Basic salary: £25,000
• OTE circa £40,000 (uncapped)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
