Mixergy is hiring a Technical Support Agent in Oxfordshire for a full-time, office-based role. You will handle inbound calls and HubSpot tickets, diagnose hardware and software issues, assist with commissioning, and guide users through our energy solutions.

You will support homeowners, installers, and building managers while maintaining a high standard of customer care. Join during a growth phase with a focus on learning and knowledge sharing across the engineering and service teams.

Qualifications

• Sound technical aptitude and a genuine interest in learning how our solutions work.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.

• Clear written and verbal communication; well organized to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for inbound calls and HubSpot tickets across customers and partners.
• Log, categorize and prioritise enquiries; own tickets through to resolution.
• Escalate to second-line or engineering with clear handovers and context.
• Diagnose and resolve product, hardware and firmware issues.
• Support customers through commissioning and app/home energy management.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues; use diagnostic tools.
• Handle emergencies with calm guidance and correct escalation.
