Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking an experienced BMS Design Manager to join a leading UK main contractor. You will lead the delivery of Building Management Systems across a regional portfolio, drive integration of smart technologies and optimise building performance throughout the lifecycle.

The role rewards technical excellence, collaboration with clients and partners, and flexible working with up to 40% remote time.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience delivering BMS design projects
• Experience coordinating BMS design development and commissioning
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls and energy management
• Knowledge of industry-standard BMS platforms and control systems
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Building Management Systems across multiple regional projects
• Manage BMS design development, coordination and technical assurance
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
• Oversee BMS commissioning, testing and handover processes
• Ensure integration with HVAC, lighting, energy management and life safety systems
• Support digital building strategies and sustainability objectives
