Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a JV between Serco and EQUANS, seeks an experienced Small Works Project Manager for on-site duties at Chicksands (RAF Henlow coverage). You will lead maintenance and small projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety and MoD requirements.

You will manage risk, cost, and supplier performance, acting as SPOC for end users and coordinating with the DIO and contractors, while driving value for money and quality.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Facilities Management Qualification or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven experience in day-to-day facilities operations, planned and reactive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Safe Systems of Work, working at height, asbestos, and legionella management.
• Desirable: HNC or equivalent in Building/Mechanical/Facilities Management and IWFM membership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and small works to ensure compliance and timeliness.
• Act as SPOC for end-users and manage relationships with DIO, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage costs, ensure commercial viability and contribute to forward maintenance planning.
