Qualifications

• Proven experience as Mechanical and Electrical biased Small Works Supervisor.
• Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support hard Facilities Management activities across single or multiple sites.
• Monitor the supply chain to ensure work activities are completed safely and in line with procedures.
• Review planned maintenance certification, identify compliance issues, and raise remedial work orders.
• Manage resources, risks, contractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
• Respond promptly and professionally to operational challenges while maintaining service excellence.
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and performance across all areas of responsibility.
• Lead, coordinate, and deliver small works projects from planning to completion.
