Job summary

People Group is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to join their site delivery team on high-value projects across multiple sectors in the UK.

You will lead on-site M&E works, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with the project team to deliver within time and budget. This role offers a pathway to senior delivery opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects safely.
• Strong knowledge of on-site M&E subcontractor packages.
• CSCS and SMSTS certifications held.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Electrical and/or Mechanical trade qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site M&E works safely, on time and to quality.
• Coordinate M&E activities with the wider site team.
• Manage mechanical and electrical subcontractor works.
• Review scope with Building Services Manager and Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
• Issue and close out permits for M&E works.
• Inspect installations to contract and design requirements.
• Raise NCRs for non-compliant works and monitor ITPs.
• Compile snagging lists and manage close-out.
• Understand the building contract and stakeholder interfaces.
