Job description

Role Overview

I am currently recruiting for a Small Works Manager for a main contractor based in East London to work on multiple projects ranging up to £500k within sectors including commercial and residential within London and the Home Counties.

Key Duties

• Health & Safety management
• Short to medium term programme planning
• Set up sites – RAMS, QA, welfare, etc.
• Report to Operations Manager

Projects

• £500k extension on an existing property in Hammersmith & Fulham
• £140k drainage & groundwork's package on a commercial building in Lewisham

Compensation and Logistics

Pay competitive day rate or basic salary with car allowance, travel and pension. The position starts ASAP but the client can accommodate a notice period.
