Job summary

Pure Staff in Droitwich is seeking a proactive Small Works Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of small works projects from enquiry to invoicing. This hands-on role requires strong coordination with customers, installers and subcontractors, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

You will schedule work, prepare quotations, manage budgets, and ensure quality and compliance. The role offers regular hours, with occasional out-of-hours work and clear progression into

Qualifications

• Organised, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in scheduling, coordination or contract administration.
• Industry experience in flooring, construction, facilities management or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage small works enquiries from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare quotations, set up jobs on the CRM and maintain records.
• Schedule installers and subcontractors, ensuring materials, access and resources.
• Coordinate reactive, short-notice and out-of-hours work.
• Act as the main office contact for customers, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Record variations, obtain approvals and raise invoices for completed work.
• Chase timesheets, photographs, completion paperwork and outstanding actions.
• Monitor job progress, quality, customer feedback and remedial works.
• Produce reports and ensure health, safety and compliance procedures are followed.
• Identify improvements to processes and operational efficiency.
