Position
As part of the FM Projects Team, you will be tasked with a varied variety of jobs, ranging from electrical installation to remedial work and surveys.
- Carry out a wide variety of electrical installation works for several clients, including historic buildings, secure environments and large commercial organisations.
- Complete electrical tests and inspections, lighting upgrades, replace obsolete switchgear, and install new rising or lateral mains.
- Work safely and complete all works to a high standard, ensuring BS7671 requirements are met.
- Following PPM works, complete remedial works such as replacing failed emergency lights and upgrading distribution boards.
- Carry out surveys of proposed works and prepare small estimates and material lists.
- Potential progression to supervisor and higher roles.
The role is mobile, covering Surrey & London with rare visits into Kent. It is a 1–5 day job with support from colleagues and onsite core teams. A company van, fuel card, and specialist tools are provided.
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (2357)
- Testing & Inspection (2391) or equivalent
- 18th Edition Full Classroom Course & IET Wiring Regulations (7671)
- ECS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
