Position

As part of the FM Projects Team, you will be tasked with a varied variety of jobs, ranging from electrical installation to remedial work and surveys.

• Carry out a wide variety of electrical installation works for several clients, including historic buildings, secure environments and large commercial organisations.
• Complete electrical tests and inspections, lighting upgrades, replace obsolete switchgear, and install new rising or lateral mains.
• Work safely and complete all works to a high standard, ensuring BS7671 requirements are met.
• Following PPM works, complete remedial works such as replacing failed emergency lights and upgrading distribution boards.
• Carry out surveys of proposed works and prepare small estimates and material lists.
• Potential progression to supervisor and higher roles.

The role is mobile, covering Surrey & London with rare visits into Kent. It is a 1–5 day job with support from colleagues and onsite core teams. A company van, fuel card, and specialist tools are provided.
