Job summary

London & Partners is seeking a proactive Small Business Resources Manager in London to ensure SMEs have timely resources and support. You will analyse monthly needs, prioritise gaps, and support AI programme content.

You’ll work with Content, Service Delivery, and Marketing to coordinate newsletters, webinars, and speaker sessions, while shaping the Grow London Local platform strategy. You’ll engage with internal and external partners to deliver practical, data-driven improvements, ensuring

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SMEs and underserved communities.
• Knowledge of London’s business support landscape.
• Experience owning and delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Creative mindset to provide support across formats for entrepreneurs at all stages.
• Experience producing reports and using data to inform activity and objectives.
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new process for supply/demand analysis with stakeholders.
• Monitor and identify gaps in support offerings and communicate improvements.
• Produce updates on provision analysis at team meetings.
• Share updates on new and upcoming offerings with delivery teams.
• Set priorities for Provider Engagement and Content teams.
• Create and manage content calendars with the Content team.
• Coordinate content requests across Marketing, Partnerships and Service Delivery.
• Identify commercial opportunities with Partnerships and develop sponsored content.
• Curate recommendations for GLL campaigns and AI tools.
