Searchable, based in Greater London, is seeking a proactive B2B Marketing Manager to drive strategy and execution across the marketing funnel. This role is pivotal in establishing awareness for an emerging market in AI search optimisation, providing significant growth opportunities as the company scales.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with proven skills in lead generation and event management. You'll be integral to building community and crafting high-impact content.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or martech.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and driving revenue growth.
• Experience planning and executing B2B events.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Data-driven mindset comfortable with experimentation and KPI reporting.
• Energetic in fast-paced startup environments, capable of building from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop content and campaigns to educate the market on AEO and generate demand.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline.
• Own events strategy and manage presence at industry conferences.
• Build a community of SEO and marketing professionals.
• Create compelling content to position Searchable as an authority in AEO.
• Amplify founder content and build a thought leadership engine.
• Turn early customers into vocal advocates.
• Own positioning, messaging, and GTM for product launches.
• Track full-funnel metrics and optimize marketing spend.
• Create sales enablement collateral to assist closing deals.
