Job summary

Compare the Market in London is seeking a Senior Manager to own and shape the LLM Discovery and Optimisation strategy across SEO and AI-powered discovery environments. You will connect evolving customer discovery behaviours to commercial performance and strengthen brand visibility.

You’ll partner with SEO, Paid Media, PR, Content, Product and Brand teams to translate AI insights into planning and growth initiatives, establishing governance and scalable best practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with proven SEO, digital performance or growth strategy experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, technical SEO, experimentation and data analysis.
• Ability to translate AI and search insights into compelling strategies that drive engagement and visibility.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Commercial and analytical mindset; able to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own LLM Discovery and Optimisation strategy within SEO across AI-driven discovery platforms.
• Lead measurement, reporting and experimentation frameworks linking AI visibility and SEO to business outcomes.
• Partner with SEO, Paid Media, PR, Content, Product and Brand teams to embed AI discovery insights into planning and growth initiatives.
• Define signals for inclusion in AI responses and establish governance and best practices.
