Thames Water in Beckton, UK, is seeking a Performance Manager for the Beckton sludge stream, including the sludge power generator and thermal hydrolysis process. You will lead a team of Mechanical, Electrical, and ICA technicians to safely achieve operational outputs within budget and deadlines.

The role involves auditing site activity, managing targets, improving service delivery, and preparing reports for stakeholders. 36 hours per week, on-site role.

Formación

• Significant relevant industry experience, ideally within a similar role.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering).
• Ability to lead and develop people within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
