You will work a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays, with training to support your development and promotion opportunities within a market-leading entertainment group. Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and able to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
• Attention to detail and compliance training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of venue housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Offer service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behavior and flag suspicious activity.
• Assist with administration to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to ensure success.
• Deliver customer service in line with standards and aim for satisfaction.
• Resolve problems and escalate per policy.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions.
• Maintain brand dress code and personal presentation.
• Share product knowledge to enhance customer journey.
• Understand safeguarding policies; challenge 25.
• Discourage harassment or discrimination.
