Merkur Slots UK Limited in Worksop seeks a Team Member for a part-time role to help create a welcoming venue and deliver excellent customer service across gaming experiences. You will be part of a team providing rounds, promotions support, and a safe, enjoyable environment for guests.

This position offers 24 hours per week with pay £12.84–£13.84 per hour, including a higher night rate (£13.84) from 23:00 to 06:00, plus benefits and training for progression.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the venue housekeeping is of the highest standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor actions and behaviour of customers for suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration as required to 100% accuracy.
• Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are a success.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and results in customer satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and in line with the complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions as per policies.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and brand dress code.
• Acquire product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
• Understand safeguarding policies and challenge 25.
• Actively discourage harassment, discrimination, or victimisation.

Duties include but not limited to:

• To ensure that the venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• To ensure service rounds and refreshments are offered in line with brand guidelines.
• To monitor the actions and behaviour of customers, noting any behaviour considered to be suspicious and/or disruptive to the smooth operation of the venue.
• To assist with any administration as required to 100% accuracy.
• To help ensure that promotions run smoothly and are a success.
• To ensure that customer service is carried out in line with company standards and results in "customer satisfaction".
• To own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and in accordance with the complaints policy.
• To interact with customers through your shift and intervene as appropriate. Such interactions must be logged in accordance with policies.
• To maintain a high standard of personal presentation ensuring the brand dress code is always adhered to, whilst on duty.
• Achieve, maintain and impart to customers great product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
• Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge 25
• To actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
