Job summary

Bensons for Beds is seeking aSales Consultant to help customers choose beds and sleep products, using sleepPRO technology. You’ll earn uncapped commission on every item, with a base salary plus target-based OTE, and a monthly store bonus for meeting targets.

Training is provided and there’s a clear path for progression as you build product knowledge and sales skills. Flexible weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and upsell appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers, creating a warm and memorable shopping experience.
• Ask the right questions to understand customers’ sleep needs and recommend suitable products.
• Use product knowledge and sleepPRO technology to confidently advise customers.
• Spot opportunities to maximise every sale, with the chance to earn commission from every item you sell.
• Work towards individual and store targets while keeping customer experience at heart.
• Help keep the store looking fresh, welcoming and ready for customers.
• Support all aspects of running a successful store.
