Job summary

Bensons for Beds in Chippenham is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers choose sleep products using product knowledge and a friendly approach. You will explain Sleep Wellness technology and support customers in finding the best solution for a great night’s sleep.

You’ll join a team that values great service, with peak hours in the evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided, and there’s an uncapped commission and monthly store bonus, plus benefits like staff discount and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to spot sales opportunities and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store and advise on sleep products.
• Explain the Sleep Wellness technology and help customers find the right product.
• Work during peak hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Contribute to keeping the store looking fresh and well-presented.
