Job summary

Bensons for Beds is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Northwich store. You will use product knowledge and your natural ability to engage customers to advise on Sleep wellness technology and help them choose the right sleep products for their needs.

We provide full training and support to help you hit the ground running, with peak hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Expect uncapped commissions and potential store bonuses, plus a rewarding benefits package as you grow with the

Qualifications

Ideally, you've worked in a customer facing role and have confident communication skills, able to spot sales opportunities and be resilient and resourceful when needed.
You should have a proactive approach to helping customers and driving store success.
A positive, flexible mindset and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Responsibilities

Engage customers, advise on products and Sleep wellness tech to find the right sleep solutions.
Aim to meet targets by identifying customer needs and creating a strong shopping experience.
Keep the store tidy, well presented and reflective of a welcoming brand standard.
