Job summary

Bensons for Beds is looking for a passionate Sales Consultant to advise customers in-store on sleep products using our Sleep wellness™ technology. You will receive full training to understand how we operate and to help customers find the best sleep solutions, enabling you to hit your targets with our uncapped commission structure.

Our stores are busy, especially evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Focussed on delivering great customer service and helping customers find the right sleep products.
• Ability to spot sales opportunities and hit targets with a can-do attitude.
• Confident communication and adaptability to meet customer needs.
