Job summary

Bensons for Beds is seeking a Sales Consultant for our local store in the United Kingdom. You will engage customers, advise on sleep products, and help clients find the best solutions for a great night’s sleep using our sleepPRO technology. Training and ongoing support will be provided to set you up for success.

We value a can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to spot sales opportunities. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays with overtime available, and enjoy

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have worked in a customer-facing role.
Confident communication skills and ability to spot sales opportunities.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Uncapped commission with base salary and OTE based on target.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand needs and advise on sleep products.
Maintain the store appearance and keep it clean and tidy.
Hit sales targets and contribute to the store’s performance.
