Job summary

Fiveways School in Yeovil is looking for caring Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties. This full-time, permanent role is Grade 14 with pay £13.48–£13.91 per hour, pro rata around £18,915 per year, and runs term-time over 40 weeks.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent is essential.
• A-C/Point 4 or equivalent required or desirable depending on context.
• NVQ2 qualification would be advantageous for this post.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties in a caring and enthusiastic manner.
• Work as part of a team to deliver personalised learning experiences.
