• Conducting regular one‑to‑ones, performance reviews and team meetings.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local stakeholders.
• Winning instructions and supporting the growth of the branch’s sales business.
• Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times.
• Managing and resolving escalated customer issues professionally and effectively.
• Working collaboratively with other departments to maximise cross‑selling opportunities across the business.
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.
• Supporting the delivery of the wider business plan and local growth strategy.
